Delete your account
The Shattered Eye is made by AM Soft SH.P.K. You can delete your account and everything it holds at any time: in the game, or here without it.
In the game
Settings → Account → Delete account, then tap again to confirm. The account is gone at once.
Without the game
Write the email of your account. We send it a link: open it within 24 hours and confirm, and the account is deleted.
Signed in with Apple and chose “Hide My Email”? Your account uses a private Apple address that forwards to your inbox: write that one, or delete in the game.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in: your email, your link to Apple or Google, and the game's link to your devices.
- Your name in the game, your campaign, your Crystals and everything you unlocked or bought in the game.
- Your friends and your blocks.
- Your results on the month's boards. On a team's result your name becomes “?”, so the others keep their place.
What stays, and for how long
- Our nightly backups still hold a copy for up to 90 days; then it is gone.
- Reports about players are kept until we have acted on them, at most 90 days.
- A record that the account was deleted, with no email address in it, for 12 months.
- What you bought stays in Apple's or Google's records, under their own rules.
